Hey!

I originally began writing this blog as an honors project for a Biological Oceanography class I took junior year.  Each week I post a summary of a scientific journal article that relates to lecture for that week. Since, I no longer have lecture for that class, I will pick the journal articles based on date and relevance to conservation. I will do my best to explain concepts in an interesting and easy-to-read manner. Please comment with questions about the content and feel free to make suggestions about my writing style.

I also include posts about my path as an aspiring marine conservationist and other posts about anything I find interesting related to the sea.

I hope you learn as much as I learn along the way!

  1. Hey! I was just looking into the symbiosis between the clownfish and the sea anome a bit, and happened to stumble upon your blog. I thought your approach to comprehensibly explain more complex natural phenomenathrough the use of GIF’s hilarious and educational at the same time. Just wanted to give you a pat on the shoulders for that, in order for you to keep doing what you’re doing. Greets from Luxembourg!
